You consent to personal jurisdiction and venue in those courts.
11.7 Severability & Waiver
If any provision of this Agreement is held invalid or unenforceable, that provision will be struck and the remaining provisions will be enforced.
Our failure to enforce any right or provision will not constitute a waiver of such right or provision.
